Cancellation Policy
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order will likely have entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to make changes or issue a cancellation.
If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind every Glowdrop product and encourage you to use it for a minimum of 14 days to experience its full benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping fees).
To start a return, please fill out the Contact Form on our website or email us directly at hello@glowdrop.org. For faster processing, include your Order Number, or the Name and Email Address used to place your order.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. An item is considered damaged if it has a physical defect or is broken upon delivery. Please note that cosmetic imperfections to packaging (such as small dents or scuffs on the box) are not considered product damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@glowdrop.org and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not issue refunds, replacements, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we do our best to deliver your order promptly, Glowdrop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
Glowdrop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct before completing checkout. If the wrong address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
