Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your package with care.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier’s transit speed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email to follow your package’s journey.
Typical delivery time frames:
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 10–20 business days
United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
International: 10–25 business days
Please note: During holidays or high-volume periods, couriers may experience delays outside our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs processing, which could extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details can result in delays or order cancellation.
If you notice an error, please email us at hello@glowdrop.org within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make updates, but we can’t guarantee changes after this period since orders quickly move into processing.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will reach out within 3 business days for confirmation. If we do not receive a response, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Delayed Deliveries
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we work hard to ship every order promptly, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Once your order has been handed to our shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to complete delivery.

While Glowdrop is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. If theft is suspected, we also recommend filing a local police report.
